Availability inquiries

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email, telephone number, preferred property, dates and any message you include. We use these details to respond and take steps at your request before a possible booking. Please avoid including sensitive information in the message. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your inquiry is sent to the property's contact mailbox. We may send a receipt confirmation to the email you provide. Correspondence is retained to handle the request, any resulting reservation and applicable obligations or disputes. You can contact us about deletion or retention of your correspondence.

Security and service providers

Our hosting and email services process the information needed to operate this website and deliver inquiries. The server processes connection information, including IP addresses, for operation and security. The form uses limits and short-lived records to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions. These records contain protected identifiers rather than the text of your inquiry and are removed after seven days.

Necessary operation and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure service. Information may also be retained where required by law. We do not sell inquiry details.

Cookies and your choices

Optional statistics are off until you accept them. You can accept all, choose necessary storage only, or select statistics in the settings. Refusing statistics does not prevent access to the website or inquiry form. You can withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

We keep a server-side receipt of your choice, containing a random identifier, time, policy version and selected options, for up to eight months. This receipt does not contain your inquiry or email address.

Google Analytics

If you consent, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, including successful inquiry submissions and clicks to booking platforms. We do not include form names, email addresses, telephone numbers or message contents in Analytics events. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals are disabled in this website's tag.

Google may process information outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data transfer arrangements. Read Google's privacy policy for provider details. Withdrawing consent stops further collection through this website and removes its Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete data already processed.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent for optional statistics. Contact us at the address above. You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

External booking and map services

Booking.com, Airbnb and map links open third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. This website does not collect payment card details and an inquiry is not a confirmed booking.
